Size and Mass of the Development

Describing the proposed development as 18.5 meters high and 150 meters wide is not easily understood; we need to compare it with something that is of a familiar size that we recognise. The image below compares the size of the main data centre building to a jumbo jet and to an average size family house. The building is roughly the same height as the tail of a jumbo jet and over twice as long. It dwarfs a family home, towering above it and losing it in its vast space.
