2023-2024 Annual Fees

Following the distribution of the 2023 -2024 invoices may we clarify the following points :

• Community fee/Service charge fees can be paid monthly with any balance due to be cleared by 30th June 2024.

• For residents with existing Direct Debit mandates, the new monthly amounts will be applied automatically.

• Residents in Almond and Ash will now receive their community fee invoices from Rangeford RAP and not from Wadswick Green Property Services. This is effective 1st July 2023. Consequently, residents with existing Direct Debit mandates under WGPS will be required to sign a new DD mandate under Rangeford RAP to enable us to collect the monthly instalments.

• All residents paying by Standing Order will need to instruct their bank themselves and request that the monthly instalment be updated. Residents in Almond and Ash will need to change the standing order payment from WGPS to RAP.

• Account statements will be produced at the end of July/early August.
