🛠️ What You Need

  • A smartphone or tablet (Apple or Android)

  • Access to your photos (in your photo library, Google Photos, Dropbox, or other cloud storage)

  • The FreePrints Photobooks app – available from the App Store or Google Play

📲 Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Download the App

  • Search for “FreePrints Photobooks” on the App Store or Google Play.

  • Install the app and open it.

2. Sign In or Create an Account

  • Sign in using your email address or create an account.

  • Allow access to your photos when prompted.

3. Start a New Photobook

  • Tap “Create New Book”.

  • Select the size and layout. The default free monthly book is usually 20 pages, softcover.

4. Choose Your Photos

  • You can import photos from:

    • Your phone’s gallery

    • Google Photos

    • Dropbox

    • Facebook or Instagram

  • Select 1–4 photos per page. Tap and drag to rearrange or replace.

5. Edit and Customise

  • Tap on any page to:

    • Change layout (single image, collage, captioned)

    • Add text captions

    • Adjust zoom or crop on individual images

6. Preview Your Book

  • Tap “Preview” to flip through your pages.

  • Check image placement, spelling, and layout.

7. Order Your Book

  • Tap “Order Now” when ready.

  • The app will usually offer the book for free—just pay for postage.

  • Delivery time is typically 5–7 days.

📎 Tips for a Better Book

  • Use a consistent theme (e.g., a trip, a season, a project).

  • Edit your photos beforehand for best results (cropping, brightness).

  • Add short captions to give context to your photos.

  • Try keeping pages visually balanced—avoid cramming too many images onto one page.
